The Tulips in Darmstadt

Description

THE TULIPS are a five-piece band. Since 2002, they have been 100% dedicated to garage rock ’n’ roll, which they celebrate through their own wild blend of ’60s garage, rockabilly, punk ’n’ roll, ska, and polka, and with an unconventional lineup featuring saxophone and harmonica, organ, piano, clarinet and accordion, guitar, drums, and double bass. Their emotionally charged performances set the mood from the very first beat and ensure that absolutely no one can stand still. Anyone can play cover songs, but THE TULIPS also write their own catchy songs on current socially critical and political topics.
