The Meyhane is coming to Centralstation, with DJs Erkin and Alper Gece behind the decks. The first Turkish bar night in the Centralstation hall kicks off from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. with a warm-up set that will ease you into the night with tracks ranging from Kenan Doğulu to Athena. From 11 p.m. to 3 a.m., it’s time for the classics from the ’90s and 2000s that everyone knows by heart: Tarkan, Sezen Aksu, Serdar Ortaç, and Hande Yener, plus rock anthems by Mor ve Ötesi and maNga. And in the wee hours of the night, from 3 to 4 a.m., the tempo picks up again as Turkish pop hits meet driving techno beats. Special features: belly dance scarves and fans for the first guests, lahmacun and baklava, while supplies last. At the bar, Yeni Rakı and Efes beer await, in addition to the Centralstation’s extensive drink menu. Disposable cameras will be making the rounds throughout the night, check out the recap on social media for the photos.
