Welcome to CitySeek Darmstadt, a social city-exploration game you play while walking. Your progress only unlocks when you actually arrive at real places, where you'll get short stories, local facts, and small challenges to complete. Along the way, you'll earn CitySeek Coins and use them in the CitySeek Store to redeem perks and rewards with our partner cafés. <strong>This beta launch is limited to the first 300 players.</strong> To make the beta feel alive beyond the app, we're also opening a small city-center space with an interactive Darmstadt photo exhibition and a CitySeek meetup point where explorers can start, finish, and connect in person. We'll share the latest updates in the app and on our social channels. Every beta player also gets a free ticket to the CitySeek Beta Launch Party on 2 May.   2. Hochzeitsturm — Olbrich's five-gabled tower on Mathildenhöhe, with the best view in the city
  3. Russische Kapelle St. Maria Magdalena — Gilded onion domes above the Lily Basin, built for the last Russian empress
  4. Museum Künstlerkolonie — The Artists' Colony museum inside Olbrich's Ernst Ludwig House of 1901
  5. Platanenhain — A grid of pollarded plane trees on Mathildenhöhe, with Hoetger's sculptures
  6. Vortex Garden — A small private art garden on Mathildenhöhe where water turns into a vortex
  7. Park Rosenhöhe — A rose park east of Mathildenhöhe, with the grand ducal mausoleums
  8. Rosenhöhe Mausoleen — Two grand ducal mausoleums hidden in the roses of Park Rosenhöhe
  9. Orangerie Darmstadt — Baroque hall and formal garden in Bessungen, built to overwinter citrus trees
  10. Herrngarten — Darmstadt's oldest public park, open to everyone since 1801
  11. Prinz-Georg-Garten — A small baroque garden beside the palace that holds the porcelain collection
  12. Hessisches Landesmuseum Darmstadt — Universal museum where Messel fossils, Jugendstil and Block Beuys share a roof
  13. Residenzschloss Darmstadt — The former ducal residence at the market square, now museum and university
  14. Schlossmuseum Darmstadt — Court collections of the Hesse-Darmstadt house inside the Residenzschloss
  15. Luisenplatz — The main square and transport hub the whole city passes through

  37. Datterichbrunnen — Bronze figures from a Darmstadt dialect comedy, and you are meant to move them
  38. Mahnmal Kapellplatz — Central memorial to the victims of the Brandnacht, inside the chapel ruin
