What does it cost?

No setup fee, no upfront payment, no ad budget. Before your coupon goes live, we agree simple and fair terms with you in person. You decide how many coupons run each month, so there are no surprises.

Do my staff need an app or a new device?

No. Any phone with a camera reads the QR code and opens the coupon. One tap marks it as used.

Who uses CitySeek?

Locals, students, newcomers and visitors. They use CitySeek to explore Darmstadt, find events and meet people. The app runs in German, English and Turkish.

Can a guest use a coupon twice?

No. Each QR code works once. You also decide how often one person may unlock your offer.

Can I change or pause my offer?

Yes, any time. Tell us, and we change the offer, the days or the monthly number, or pause it.

Is this only for Darmstadt?

We start in Darmstadt, where our community lives. If your place is somewhere else, write to us anyway.

How does “bring a friend” work at the till?

The guest shows the coupon when ordering two of the same thing, for example two coffees. Your team scans it once and charges the second one at half price, or nothing, as agreed. If the prices differ, the cheaper one gets the discount.
